Once you improve your mindset, nothing can hold you back when it comes to accomplishing your goals and boosting your self-worth! Keep that in mind while you’re trying to get used to adding these daily affirmations into your routine. There are a few ways you can work them into your day, just choose whatever feels best to you!

You can literally say affirmations out loud, think them in your head, or even write them down in a notebook. Try to do this at least three to five times a day. Set reminders on your phone if you need help remembering to do this!

    Dear Jordan, I somehow found you on YouTube and I’m stoked! Your are amazing! I’ve learned more in watching you for 45 minutes than I have in a year! I’ve been sensing I can do more to save money and start to save cash but wasn’t quite sure how to go about it all until I learned JOB, now that is something I can implement. I don’t have any kids at all which leaves me unmotivated and sad sometimes but I need to start to get over it and dedicate myself to my life anyway. Plus I can always be a big sister, which I already am to a 7-year-old boy that I got to know last year, so that does help. I sometimes imagine how motivated I would be if I had my own family and all I would want to get done before they would get home from school but that isn’t my reality so I need to dedicate my time to all I want for my life regardless. Thank You Jordan, you are awesome!

    I used Headspace and Balance meditation app for on-off, but can’t seem to stick to it. These are good suggestions, will try out some.
