Haay, haaay, Freebs! Welcome back to our 7-Day Productivity Challenge. You're halfway there already, and you are crushing it, so let's keep going!

Do you ever lie in bed at night with this nagging feeling that you forgot to do something? Do you feel like every time you cross one item off your to-do list, about a million more tasks pop up? Easy peasy and game-changing, right?! Alrighty, here's a quick rundown…


GRAB A NOTEBOOK AND DO A BRAIN DUMP

The rules are pretty simple! Right now, go grab a notebook and pen and put it by your bed for later. Don't have a notebook? Use your Productivity Planner (on the weekly to-do's this week page) or some scrap paper!

Before you go to bed, take a few quick minutes to do a quick brain dump. Jot down anything you forgot to do today, anything you want to remember tomorrow, worries you have, or anything else you need to get off your brain and onto paper. It sounds simple, but it works! Then tomorrow, you can add the top to-do's to your block schedule in your planner or to your priority tracker you grabbed when you first signed up for the challenge.
