Brown Sugar Slow Cooker Ham

brown sugar, packed

water

bone-in whole ham
Instructions
Spread 1 ½ cups of brown sugar in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add water.
Add ham. Rub remaining ½ cup brown sugar on top of the ham.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until ham has been cooked to an internal temperature of 140
°F.
Remove from the slow cooker and allow to rest for a little bit before slicing.
Notes
Put any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. You can also freeze them and they'll taste just as good!
