Easy Pasta Salad
Boil a pot of noodles and mix it up with your favorite vegetables and protein. When we say easy, we mean EASY!

cherry tomatoes, halved
Boil pasta according to package instructions.
While pasta boils, prep your veggies.
Drain pasta in a colander and run under cold water to help cool the pasta down quickly.
Once drained, add it to a large mixing bowl, toss in your veggies, then add the drained tuna and mix thoroghly. Mix in the dressing and stir to combine.
Optional: cover and refrigerate for about an hour to chill all the ingredients.
Serve and enjoy!
After it cools, you can top your salad with 1/4 cup of crushed croutons and a little shredded cheese. We like to use Parmesan, but feta, goat cheese, or even cheddar are all great options.
