  • 12 oz fresh cranberries
  • 1 - 2 jalapeños, seeded
  • ½ bunch green onions
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 8-oz packages cream cheese, softened

  • Spread softened cream cheese on a serving dish evenly. Set aside.
  • Add cranberries, seeded jalapenos, green onions, and cilantro to a food processor. Pulse until it reaches the desired consistency.
  • Move to a mixing bowl, and add sugar, cumin, and lemon juice. Stir until well mixed.
  • Spread over softened cream cheese and serve with crackers or chips.

If you have time, put the cranberry salsa portion in the refrigerator to allow it to come together. Spread it over softened cream cheese when you're ready to serve.
