Easy Fruit Smoothie

Quick, simple and healthy smoothie to use up fruit and spinach!

  • 1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 Handful Spinach, Fresh or Frozen
  • 1 Cup Milk


  • Put the liquid in the blender first, followed by the spinach, and then the rest of the ingredients. Blend until it's at the preferred consistency. Enjoy!
