Quick, simple and healthy smoothie to use up fruit and spinach!
Ingredients
1CupFrozen Strawberries
1CupFrozen Blueberries
1HandfulSpinach, Fresh or Frozen
1CupMilk
Instructions
Put the liquid in the blender first, followed by the spinach, and then the rest of the ingredients. Blend until it's at the preferred consistency. Enjoy!
