In 2011, I partnered with the Today Show to share Jill's Steals & Deals bargains for popular beauty products, jewelry, clothing, photo deals, gifts, and more. A lot of you reading right now have found this site because of that relationship that we enjoyed so much!

A Little History on Jill’s Steals and Deals

Jill’s Steals and Deals contain great deals offered by retailers to TODAY show viewers. Those NBC deals could disappear in as little as 24 hours, and the website the deal was hosted on might even crash! It was nuts — but a heck of a lot of fun! A Little About Me

You might also know me as The Fun, Cheap, or Free Queen. What started out as a small blog to post random coupons and occasional good deals I found, turned into a “New Frugal” revolution that has pretty much knocked my socks off. (And maybe even my pants, but we won't go there.)

I immersed myself in the world of what I call Family Finance; the real deal, meat and potatoes, grit and dirt reality of how a family spends money…and how to do it the right way. We created terms. Programs. Principles. Rules. Standards. And most importantly, a new way of living!

Now I share how to save money by budgeting groceries, opening smart bank accounts, and paying down debt aggressively — all so you can live your best life.

Save Money Shopping + Get Out of Debt

I consider myself a maximalist, but that doesn’t have to go further into debt – and neither do you! I love to teach you about my seven bank accounts technique because I still get to enjoy personal spending money, all without going into deeper debt (and that’s especially good because my dog just ate my favorite boots). #ShoeShoppingAnyone?
