Thanks for all the love!

In a world of criticism, sometimes having a large family can lead to some raised eyebrows. But we LOVE our big, loud, crazy family, and wouldn't have it any other way. So excited to meet Baby No 6 in October!

Now to just decide on a name…(suggestions gladly accepted and appreciated!!)

I grew up in a big family and looking back as adults we are all grateful. In our family everyone plays a “role” and makes us all equally better humans. It’s like our own community. Money doesn’t control our happiness because we never had any to spare, we had each other. We know who to call for difference issues and always have someone to knock you off your high horse when you need to be. People who have known you your entire life, who will be honest with you and never judge you – it’s amazing your kids will have so many confidants in the life. My siblings are my life line. The bad times never felt so hard because we were in it together. I had to stop at two kids and I hurts my soul that my kids won’t have as many people to fall on in life but God’s plan and all that.

God bless you and ALL of your children. Your raising descent people so I say bring it on – the world needs more nice people.

Congrats on the upcoming babe! I love how you’re not afraid to take on another mouth to feed given that you have so much content about personal finance. Big families are so fun! We got a lot of heat about having a baby when we had $650k of student loan debt. Gotta do whats right for you 🙂

I searched, but nothing came up. Maybe I’m not using the correct words. But in case you have not done a video about it, would you think of doing a video on how you have become and stay paperless. You have talked about it a bit in the last Q&A and I believe another video, but could you get into more detail?

Also, do you ever get asked by family and/or friends if you could loan them money? If yes, what do you say?

    Love you guys! You’re awesome!

I loved having seven siblings growing up! People always have their opinion (like the environmental impact of having so many kids), but it’s none of their business really and there are SOOO many blessings from having such a big family! Plus, as far as being resourceful and environmentally-friendly, when you have a lot of kids, you have to think about that even more and you are even more careful! So God bless you guys with a healthy pregnancy and safe delivery of your little miracle. Boy name ideas I love: Moses, Cameron, and Silas.

How fun! I’m planning a piñata reveal for my kids too. We’re finding out what baby #5 is in just a few weeks! I do feel that the ultrasound will just confirm my suspicions. Did you feel like you knew already too?

Congratulations! We have 15 children. The first 7 were girls. Then we had 7 boys and were done. But God had other plans and blessed us with our 8th boy, I was 45 when I became pregnant. The oldest is 28, youngest 20 months. I can’t imagine our life any other way, everyday is a party! I just found your blog today and have enjoyed many of your ideas.

Just don’t name him Liam, Parker or Aiden! I live in Utah also and my son’s class has 3 of each of those names- out of 22 kids! I am particular to the name Lyle. Uncommon, southern and short!
