Hey Freebs! We are currently enjoying a fun family reunion, but I wanted figured it was 'bout time to show you how much fun we had on our last Freebs Night Out!
When I heard that my good friend Alex Boyé was putting on a summer kickoff concert, I knew we had to be part of it. Hey, June was focus on Summer month after all! (Ps – if you've been following along with my Focused in '17 year long challenges…sign up HERE to get your monthly challenges and be in on the fun.)
I wanted to show you the fun we had at our event to thank our awesome partners, and also to show you what you missed out on so you'll want to join us for the next one *wink wink*.

We started out the night with a tailgate – Jordan Style. There was swag, food, twinkling lights, and of course a dance party courtesy of my favorite portable disco speaker.
We played get-to-know you games, made fangirl signs, took selfies (naturally), and Freebs made besties with each other.
While chatting, we enjoyed delicious burritos.
Costa Vida of Lehi, saved the day with their delicious food.
I ran into some hiccups and two days before the event, found myself with no dinner. Long, stressful story. Luckily Costa Vida not only said they could pull it off with little notice, but gave me a discount so the dinner fit within my tight budget. They showed up on time, were friendly, the food was hot and fresh, their staff was THE NICEST group of people…I honestly can't say enough good things about them!
They did not pay me to say this, I'm just saying it on my own accord…but if you ever need catering services, I highly highly recommend these guys.
While eating, Alex and his band surprised all the Freebs with a personal visit, pictures, and a mini dance party (of course)!
After all the fun, we enjoyed dessert from Nothing Bundt Cakes Lehi . Bubba is not a cake guy, but he LOVES Nothing Bundt Cake cakes. In fact, he said for his birthday in July, it's the only thing he wants, lol. My friend Jenna, just opened a NBC in Lehi, UT and is killing it! It's the most adorable bakery every, so please stop by and give her some love (and enjoy some amazing cakes) when you're in town!
I also have to give a shout out to Heirloom Clothing (that makes my all time favorite shirts I wear EVERY day). When they heard I was throwing another Freebs Night Out, they insisted on giving everyone a new shirt. So sweet of them!
And last but not least…the concert. Not only is Alex such a genuine, nice, and amazing guy…he puts on one heck of a show! Alex was recently named Hard Rock Rising Artist of the Year!!!
In true Freebs fashion we were the only ones up and dancing most of the time.
To top of the already incredible night, Alex called us all up on stage to dance with him…which pretty much made us all freak a leak.
