Ingredients:

1 recipe French Bread Dough

1 jar spaghetti sauce

1 pkg. (6-8 oz.) pepperoni

Onions, green peppers, pineapple, olives, sausage, etc.

2-3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 stick butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 Tbls. fresh parsley, chopped

2 tsp. garlic seasoning spread (like Johnny's from Costco)

Directions:

Make the French bread dough and let rise until the bread reaches the top of the bowl. Once the dough has risen once, pour onto a lightly greased counter top. With a rolling pin, roll half of the dough into a large rectangular shape (like you would for cinnamon rolls).

Spread a generous amount of the spaghetti sauce all over the rectangle of dough. Top the sauce with pizza toppings of your choice. Top with a  sprinkled layer of cheese.

Roll up the pizza-topped dough, making a long snake-shape (like cinnamon rolls). Spray two muffin tin pans with cooking spray. Cut the rectangle into 12-16 slices, about a 1/2 inch thick.  Place each rolled piece into each muffin tin.

Let the pizzas rise until they reached the top of the muffin tin. Preheat the oven to 350 and bake for 18-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and golden brown on top.

While the muffins are cooking, melt the butter in a glass bowl. Add the minced garlic, parsley and garlic seasoning in the bowl and mix together. Once the pizza muffins are cooked, brush the top generously with the butter spread and serve warm or cold. ENJOY!
