Welcome back to Foodie Tuesday! Today’s recipe is SOOOO easy, SOOOO quick, and SOOOO good (it’s on my husband’s top 5 favorite meals list…) I just had to share!
Here’s what you do:
- (scrub the potatoes, poke with a fork, bake at 475 degrees for about 1 hour and it’s perfect!)
- (cover with just enough cold water to cover the corn, bring the cold water and corn to a boil on the stove, let it boil for 7-8 minutes – you can add a little sugar and lemon juice to the water as well to make it awesome. DON’T ADD SALT to the water, it makes the corn tough!)
It’s seriously so good, and is the perfect last-minute meal idea.
